As the name suggests, the institution has released the offer letter, but with some sort of conditions that the student has to meet before attending the full-time program on campus. Generally, three types of conditions come up on the offer letter.

• a) Academic conditional

Academic condition offer letters apply to those students who are yet to finish their high school or the final semester examination of the required degree. The university or the institution allows the student to apply for their desired program and get the offer letter by providing the condition that they will get the required score to get the enrolment.

• b) English conditional

Those students who have not given the IELTS exam or are yet to appear for the English proficiency exam can apply for English conditional. As the name suggests, the student can take the conditional offer letter and fulfil the English language condition at a later stage.

An unconditional offer letter, as the name suggests, is the offer letter without any conditions. In this scenario, the condition section is always blank, or N/A is mentioned. An unconditional offer can be used for filing the study visa, as the student does not need to meet any other conditions, and it is the final offer letter.
